Abstract

Taqya in a speech word contain multiple meanings having different interpretations of its primary meaning. The article represents the linguistic and connotative concept of taqya in the light of Quran and hadith. It also reflects the related issues about taqya in the light of Quran and hadith. The article also discusses the procedure and conditions of taqya according to different juristically schools of thought. Ther are several rules which regulate the use of taqya in special circumstances. The article elaborated the differentmeanings, situations and conditions of taqya in the lighit of islaming teachings
