Abstract

Islam is a universal religion and a complete system of life that has guided humanity in all ages. As long as the Islamic rules are not only in accordance with nature, but in it the psychological and physical inclinations of all nations and regions of the world have been exempted. Islamic law is a wonderful gift from Allah Almighty to humanity, which no other law in the world can compete with. There is no provision in it which is impractical for common people. For the convenience of the Muslim Ummah, Allah has set two levels of departure and leave in fulfilling certain orders so that people can fulfill the divine commands according to their convenience. It is obligatory on the servants and leave is the name of the extent that is given to the oblige in the context of doing it despite the existence of the reason of sanctity, or due to being unable to do it. It is agreed that leave Proved by Sharia. While the difference between them is that departure is related to the painful commandments and the one who is exempted from these painful commandments is called leave. In some commands, two different types of actions are transmitted from the Messenger of Allah and in view of the circumstances, both are followed. The capacity has been set. In the implementation of some rules, conditions and interests were discounted and, in some cases, persons and individuals. Since all the rules are different in terms of human temperament and strength, therefore in the religion of Islam, some leaves have been given along with the original rules so that the conditions and it should be easy to follow the religious orders according to the circumstances. While these rules based on leave are proof that Islam is the religion of nature, on some occasions Islam has also encouraged them to be followed.
