Abstract

This article in its first part discusses the linguistic development of Arabic language through linguistic approach and translation. The knowledge in modern era is transferred from a foreign language to Arabic, which made the Arabic language on the receiving end; Translator faces many difficulties while solving linguistic issues and thus plays an important role in creating new linguistic trends.

The second part of the thesis compares the foreign languages exotic scientific terms that contributed to the development of the Arabic language, which played a very prominent role in the convergence of cultures, and there are a large number of terms that linguists Arabanized in their foreign language. Moreover, the old words carried new meanings and connotations in modern times which were not known before.

The third part of the thesis, throw light on the marginalization of the Arabic language grammar and morphology and total reliance on dictionaries and modern technology in the translation. The translator plays very important role in the development of the Arabic language. This being so, it is Important for the translator to improve the language. There is need to itroduce quality translators in the field of translation in Pakistan who can play better role in the development of Arabic language
