Tablighi Jamaat is doing da'wa work in the whole world under a universal system, which was founded by Maulana Ilyas Kandahlvi, may Allah have mercy on him, in 1926. Maulana Ilyas started with schools, but that method could not affect all the people in the elimination of ungodly causes, so he founded the Jamaat after thinking about the texts of the Qur'an and Sunnah and the way of life of Tayyaba, which until today has served millions of people. It has become a means of correction. Millions of people have been enriched by the wealth of the religion of Islam through the mediation of this party. In the present era, where the work of this party has increased, Al Saud has banned it in their country on December 10, 2021, and they have accused it. What is it that this Jamaat is deviant from Islam, a heretic and polytheist, so their invitation cannot be accepted? Now the question is that what is the reality of the accusations made by Al Saud on the Tablighi Jamaat and what is the Shariah point of view about them?In order to solve this question, the status and reality of Al Saud's accusations in this article were analyzed in the light of the Sharia, then these things became clear to us. Ta'ilz Jayat is a peaceful Jayat of Danai, which only serves as an invitation to religion. It has no connection with any terrorist organization, nor does it share ideological and practical ground with the akhwan ul muslimeen. Although the curriculum of Tablighi Jamaat is not proven by the Sunnah of the Prophet, but it is the same method adopted for the sake of convenience and educational system, like the eight-year period for teaching in madrasahs. The accusation of polytheism and grave worship is also not true because the foundation of this group is on the word Tawheed, and visiting graves is only to the extent that it is proven by the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Therefore, it is recommended that the Saudi government conducts an investigation about this Jamaat through its experts and remove the ban on this Jamaat by removing the baseless allegations.
