AI holds immense potential in areas like education, healthcare, judicial systems, and welfare initiatives, but its misuse can lead to ethical and societal challenges.This paper explores the role of AI from a Shariah and ethical perspective, highlighting both its benefits and risks. It addresses challenges such as its misuse, potential impacts on employment, and unethical objectives while proposing solutions rooted in Islamic jurisprudence and ethics.
