This study examines the Quranic and Hadith-based evidences that underpin the concept of Shariah interests (Masalih Shariyah). The concept of Masalih Shariyah refers to the objectives and benefits that Islamic law aims to achieve, ensuring the well-being and welfare of the community. The research explores key verses from the Quran and authentic Hadiths that emphasize the protection of faith, life, intellect, progeny, and property. By analyzing classical and contemporary interpretations, the paper highlights how Islamic jurisprudence has evolved to address the changing needs of society while maintaining fidelity to these core principles. The findings demonstrate that the principles of Masalih Shariyah are deeply rooted in primary Islamic sources, providing a robust framework for modern legal and ethical decision-making. The study concludes that a thorough understanding of these evidences can enhance the application of Shariah in contemporary contexts, ensuring that it remains relevant and beneficial for all.
