As new trade methods emerge in every era, Islamic scholars issue fatwas considering Shariah’s principles. In the present era, crypto currency is gaining immense popularity worldwide, especially among the youth. Crypto currency is a digital currency created through a specific process and traded on various exchanges. Notably, it lacks physical existence and legal recognition in most countries. The majority of Islamic scholars consider crypto currency haram due to its inherent evils. However, some modern scholars and researchers deem it permissible, drawing analogies with electricity and gas. Conversely, others adopt a neutral stance, refraining from declaring it either Halal or Haram. This research aims to provide a comparative analysis of Fatwas from both perspectives, elucidating the arguments and rationale behind each stance. By doing so, this study seeks to provide clarity for individuals involved in crypto currency business, delineating the extent to which investing in crypto is Shariah-compliant.
2025-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 International Research Journal of Arabic and Islamic Studieshttps://irjais.com/index.php/irjais/article/view/352ترجمۂ میر جعفر علی حسرت تحقیقی و تنقیدی مطالعہ2025-12-17T03:08:35+00:00Dr. Zahira Nisarzahiranisar6@gmail.com
Mīr Jaffar Alī Hasrat was a well known poet of Lakhnavī era. They are killing justice for their oppressive rule and to control the resources of the world. They can attack any country they want with ammunition and heat up the market of murder and murder, there is no stopping them. International courts seem completely unable to give justice to the weak.Similarly, if we talk about equal and cheap justice to the people living in a state, then in most countries, the class system is an obstacle in the way of justice and Equality.Nowadays, equal and cheap justice has become a dream for a vulnerable person. In such circumstances, we can say with full confidence that all the countries of the world can get equal and cheap justice at the internal and international level only by following the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. The social and economic system of Islam or the system of justice and equality of Islam is life-giving for the entire humanity. If we study the conditions before the arrival of the Prophetﷺ, then in the Arab society there was a market of oppression and oppression similar to the conditions we are facing today. Muhammadﷺ brought the honor and it became the cradle of Arab justice and equality.
2025-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 International Research Journal of Arabic and Islamic Studies
