All Prophets are free from disbelief, polytheism, and both major and minor sins. Prophethood and Messengership are the highest ranks granted by Almighty Allah to His chosen servants. The significance of the issue of the Prophets’ infallibility can be understood from the fact that Allah has repeatedly emphasized and clarified this matter in numerous places in the Qur’an, defending the infallibility of the noble Prophets specifically. For instance, when Prophet Yusuf (Josephؑ ) was falsely accused, Allah revealed multiple verses in the Qur’an to establish his innocence and purity. On the other hand, in the Bible, various accusations and slanders have been attributed to the Prophets. Therefore, this article undertakes a comparative analysis of the personality and trials of Prophet Ayub (Jobؑ) as presented in the Qur’an and the Bible.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>2024-12-29T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://irjais.com/index.php/irjais/article/view/312قربانی: ایک شرعی عبادت، عصر حاضر میں اہمیت اور چیلنجز2025-01-20T16:09:57+00:00Gul Rukh Irfaneditor@irjais.comSabaeditor@irjais.comZainab Bibi (Corresponding Author)editor@irjais.com<table> <tbody> <tr> <td width="508"> <p>Qurbani, or sacrifice, holds significant importance in Islamic tradition, particularly during the occasion of Eid al Adha. The obligation of Qurbani is contingent upon certain conditions that must be met by an individual. Firstly, the person intending to offer Qurbani must be a sane adult Muslim who is financially capable of performing the act. Financial capability refers to owning wealth above the threshold of Nisab, the minimum amount of wealth one must possess for Zakat, another pillar of Islam, to be obligatory. Additionally, the individual should possess ownership of the animal intended for sacrifice, or have the right to sacrifice on behalf of another person, such as a family member. Furthermore, the animal itself must meet specific criteria. It should be of an eligible species, such as sheep, goat, cow, or camel, and must be free from any physical defects that render it unsuitable for sacrifice. Animals should also be of a certain age, generally past the age of maturity, to ensure their suitability for sacrifice. From a jurisprudential perspective, the obligation of Qurbani serves multiple purposes. It symbolizes obedience to Allah's commands and demonstrates gratitude for His blessings. Additionally, it promotes empathy towards the less fortunate by distributing meat among the needy, thus fostering social cohesion and compassion within the community. This paper explores the conditions under which Qurbani becomes obligatory in Islam and provides a jurisprudential assessment of its implications. And examined the challenges faced in the modern era.</p> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>2024-12-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 https://irjais.com/index.php/irjais/article/view/314اسلامی معاشرے میں مصنوعی ذہانت کا کردار ایک فقہی اور اخلاقی تجزیہ 2025-02-18T19:13:15+00:00Naeema Ahmad naeemaahmed@gmail.comKalsoom Bibi kalsoombibi@gmail.comBasriyat Bibi kalsoombibi@gmail.com<p class="EnglishQuote"><span lang="EN-US">Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly emerging as a transformative technology in Islamic societies, offering significant opportunities across various fields.
