Abstract

The concept of human rights is a fundamental part of Islamic teachings, which clarifies the mutual relations and responsibilities of human beings in the light of the Qur'an and Hadith.  In this research paper, the rights of the servants have been examined with the help of references from the Qur'an and hadiths.  The Qur'an repeatedly emphasizes the protection of human rights, including justice, fairness, brotherhood, and adherence to moral values.  In the hadith, the Prophet (peace be upon him) highlighted the importance of the rights of the servants through his sermons and teachings, especially advised to avoid oppression, lying, backbiting and destroying the rights of others.  This study also explains that violation of human rights is a serious sin and Allah Almighty does not forgive until the victim forgives. This paper highlights that social stability and humanity.  How important it is to take care of the rights of the people for the welfare of people and their fulfillment is indispensable for the spiritual and social success of man.
